Our family were camel herders who after gathering enough money, moved to Finland. As the climate was too cold for the poor camels, they went into the business of science. You yourself followed their footsteps but decided to head back to Oman to continue studies into camels. With a team of researchers, you were able to create the first camel that was able to swim easily and be omnivorous. Your coming to Russia to take a few samples from the local wildlife to further your studies into making a strain of cold-resistant camels.

Phone is about as capable as a modern day desktop. It also has service anywhere outdoors, and can interface with many devices used in the spy game. It is also equipped with a multi-spectrum jammer and spatial mapping capability.
How is my money divided?
It is all cash. For purposes of this game, it can be any denomination of bills the players decide. Exchange rate is relatively unimportant.

Why is my brief case empty?

You have no gadgets - yet. You can requisition them once you land.

Yes, you have a copy of any dossier available to you at pretty much any time on your phone

You spend some time fleshing out your identity, and looking up trivial facts about camels on your phone.After a while you come up with a wonderful story about your family moving to Finland, and the rest is history. You think you can convince people of your background, at least in casual conversation.  As you hear the landing gear start to go down, you put your sunglasses on and look out the window at the concrete jungle below you.

The meeting is going to be an an Orthodox church, somewhere near the airport. It should be fairly trivial to get there on time.

The plane touches down and everyone is crowding in the aisleways, trying to get down their luggage from the overhead bins. Many people are already lined up and are pushing against each other, trying to be the first off the plane. You stand up, and start to reach above you and you feel someone bump into you. You hear a hushed female voice say "Sorry..." and as you turn around, you don't see anyone immediately close to you. There seems to be something inside your jacket pocket - it's a yellow piece of paper.

Although your Russian is pretty good, the note looks pretty innocuous. It appears to be a business address. "Bom Klatz, Tailor, 2410 Dorvy, Arkhan. "

You quickly look around to see assess who many have bumped into you and planet this note in your pocket.

One is an elderly lady, wisened face, dressed in expensive looking furs. She is putting on a fancy hat
One is a young brunette woman, black tank top and camouflage pants.
One is a middle aged woman in a skimpy red cocktail dress.

The exit doors have opened, and the stewardess is now letting people off the plane. The crowd is starting to rush the doors, so if you want to stop one of these people you'l have to act fast...
