Welcome to the late 18th century, a time of revoloutions across the world, wrestling power from governments and turning order on its head.
It's late at night in London, and the only people on the street are either drunk or stupid, teams of vagabonds combing the alleys for easy victims. In a shady tavern in a shady street, six figures sit in a haze of smoke, deep in conversation. If any other man in the pub that night had listened to their talk and been left alive, he would have heard ambitious plots, ideas and ramblings about a Britain free from governments run by one man's hopes and dreams, free from restrictions, from laws, from rules. Even, spoken in only absoloute secrecy, free from the monarch.
These few young, naive citizens are planning something much bigger than anything planned before in British history. Some might think them mad, some a danger and even, to some, rolemodels.
Whatever you think of them, however you might brand them, they are the few who will speak out, the few who believe there is better.
The few who could spark a revolution.
I'll be rolling normal 1d6, 1 being complete failure and 6 being an overshoot (negative consequences abound). Fights will be a roll for each character (assuming they are both attacking) the highest being the overriding action. And yes, this is my first time as GM, so please correct me if anything is wrong.

Luck: (Plays as big a role in fights as accuracy.)

He studied humanities at Oxford and later at Edinburgh, and he has the airs of an eccentric, poetic and vocal revolutionary - for who would suspect a dreamer such as he to be a serious and cold blooded revolutionary? He writes poetry and likes to frequent salons of wit, philosophy, and the bon mot, where he often charms the ladies and exasperates all right-thinking and honest men.
