My population in my current fort reached 133 with the autumn 1054 immigration wave... and after that, I have received no more immigrants. Currently it's winter 1055. I have the immigration cap in the init file set to 200, so that's not the problem. I have been trading heavily with all three caravans and my fort currently has over 1 million wealth and increasing rapidly, so those shouldn't be the cause either.
