TURN 2: THUNDER DOWN UNDER
The area outside the temple is bustling with activity, fighters all around the world beginning an impromptu meet-and-greet before heading inside. Our heroes are one of the last arrivals.
Fujimora cracks his muscles and strides purposefully into the temple.
[6] While it should not normally even be possible, your muscles pop and crackle with astounding noise, drawing the attention of any within earshot of you. You stride into the temple confidently, those around you giving nods of approval, and the occasional gasp of appreciation.
You enter the temple, to find the first level... a high-tech reception center. Men and women are running back and forth from booth to booth, various fighting schools set up to get their fighting style some worldwide recognition. At the other end from the entrance is a wall covered in four gargantuan television screens, each showing a 64-person tournament bracket. Those must be the preliminary rounds. No matches have been announced yet.
This crowd, to look people fight ? Id rather be done with it. To the matches.
You follow Fujimora inside, to find the same sights as him. [3] On the way through the door, you bump into a wimpy little man in a lab coat. He twinges for a moment, but sighs and walks away.
John shakes his head slightly at the crowd. They would learn what average is, in comparison to him...
He headed to the temple, to await the matches.
You are the third to reach the inside of the temple. [4] As you walk inside, you spot a strange scene unfolding. There appears to be some sort of stare-down going on between a pig man in a leather jacket and... what you can only describe as a tiny orange sun-shaped man. It looks like a fight is about to break out.
Tarkaus does not mingle. Unless someone else is doing it anyway, in which case he might as well.
[5] Too bad. It appears the world wishes to mingle with Tarkaus. As you get inside the temple, a heavily muscled, shirtless man runs up to you, breathless. He kind of looks like Bruce Lee, but you don't get much time to dwell on that as he asks if you've seen a giant panda wandering around.

Bad news. You did not find them. But something else found you. It's horrible. It's frightening. It's... it's...

Mingle with them to see if he can get any pointers for his battle technique.
[3] Unfortunately, you can't seem to find anyone willing to talk with you. They're all too busy, or too shy, or angry, or insane. Off in the distance, you think you see someone towering over everyone else. They appear to be wearing armor.
ENVIRONMENT:Inside the temple, a giant screen lowers from the ceiling. On it is a timer, currently counting down from 45 minutes, presumably to the start of the tournament.
