Are goblins and orcs pod people? Or do they split by mitosis? Budding? Spores? Personification of negative emotions? Spontaneously animated tea?

I was under the impression it was a little like

1) Invade enemy encampment
2) Steal humans, elves or dwarves from their families
3) Drag them back to your hideout
4) Pour green paint all over them
5) Force them to listen to two days' worth of Justin Bieber music so their bodies and minds twist and distort
6) ???
7) PROFIT

I suggest we just go the Warhammer route and say they reproduce by sporing, but it's all up to rarborman, of course.

Actually, they reproduce by queens laying 'eggs' in mud and moist soils... though the queens are all gone.

We start after I finish writing the stupid intro text that explains who the dark king is and why everyone is in his jail, and I'll always accept new players.

Spectral undead are disallowed because they cant do anything other than talk and be upset.
