Pile of wood in the way?

I deconstructed a wall so I could put in a door, but the wood from the wall is in the way and no one will haul it away! My wood stockpile has tons of room in it and everydwarf has hauling turned on, and there is unblocked access to it by means of stairs. What is going on?

It's forbidden or designated for dumping. Or it's been queued to go to the stockpile but nobody's actually put it there yet. Or it's tasked for another job.

I dont know anything about forbidden or dumping, but all my guys are standing around with no job, so no one has que'd it. It the same in 3 different places, all from the same cause. I need to get them out because it is stopping me from putting doors on my bedrooms.

Nevermind, I figured it out. For some reason the floor was missing under the wood piles. Does that mean I had anti-gravity wood??
