Using magma to obsidianize the sourced tiles, building a "sewer" consisting of carving fortifications into edge tiles, then using a ramp to dig up into the lake will drain it. If you want to keep your sourced water you can always build the sewer with a floodgate lockout and try to build it well enough to drain faster than the inflow. Second is untested so buyer beware.
