I'm pretty sure we never actually needed to make the runes ourselves in the first place. Araph would probably do it for us, we just get more specific results when we make the runes.

Just an idea, but if you would happen to google 'elder futhark translator', one of top results has a little JavaScript app that let's you translate stuff easily...

Scene I



You speak a shield to protect yourself from the meteor!



And are consequently hit by the fireball! Fortunately, (being a dragon) you a nearly fireproof, though the impact stuns you. You pull yourself together in the aftermath and prepare to flashlight the shadow into oblivion!



But it's gone! It appears to have fled, leaving small puddles of rapidly fading shadow behind. You are left alone in the partially razed village.
