A fortress guard got in a fight, got wounded, is bedridden.  This guard however is the one tasked with releasing my metalsmith from prison.  The same guard keeps getting the task over and over, even though he keeps cancelling due to being unconscious and in bed.

If a dwarf cancels a task for some reason, that task should get assigned to a different one.
