My opinion you absolutely don't need to consider : You should really really really correct the aliasing in the frontground & background. They really degrade the quality of the pixel art. You'd also get bonus point if you keep your number of colors to an absolute minimum

But soon finds out that a Kinetic Accelerator doesn't work inside, your hard-suit is melee resistant, you still got some stim's and your pickaxe.

I don't think it's a question of laziness, but I think parts of the picture are not meant for pixel art. The nebula especially, looks a lot like a jpg file and the compression reduces the quality of your picture. I'm saying that because it's an easy and painless way to improve the overall quality : a solid white nebula with a blue outline would look better and more striking, and also take less work.

I just made this two minute cleaning to show what I mean by aliasing :



Some parts of the picture have "randomly lost pixels", if it makes sense. This is usually due to bad compression of a jpg file and you want to avoid that at all cost in pixel art.

I'm absolutely not a pixel artist tho, but I really hope it helps. Also the flaw doesn't appear in your latest picture

Translates into Monika refusing to really acknowledge what her personal knight in shining armor really is (that is to say, in a charitable fashion, just another unremarkable gun-for-hire in the fringes of civilization who happens to be true to what they say they'll do for someone.)

At school, I thought up of this ...thing. It had something to do with math, but I'm not sure how the math problem I was playing around with somehow led to this.

The versions of the thing depicted are for widths, n= 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14. Its height, h, in pixels as a function of its width is h= n²-n n²/2 -n, where n is an even number greater than 2.

See, I got h= 2n²-2n as the original equation. To compensate for n being a multiple of 2, I hastily divided the whole thing by 2 instead of substituting n=n/2 into the equation and simplifying.
