Thanks! To be honest I'm not sure either. >_> Initially, he was meant to have his knuckles pressed against the blade, then the fingers ended up suggesting they were wrapped around and the perspective suggests they're much further ahead of him than the sword.

The index finger is probably because I was listening to this majestic composition at one point.

Ooo, nice! It's always fascinating to see how others work on their drawings, partly because it's interesting to see the drawing slowly come to existence, and partly so i can see how shite my own process is. :V
I oughta try making more timelapses, but problem is that i rarely finish drawings in one go, so i'd have to stitch videos together and blargh fuck that noise.
