Acthually it has only two dimensions, 2.5D games almost never have a variable for height
For perspective, you're looking for a 1 point perspective, so all the lines should be either hotizontal, vertical or converging toward a single point. In your last picture, the lines are diverging for some reason

It's because I just copied the near-left-forward wall and moved it instead of drawing a new wall. I thought I might be saving time, but it's so ugly as to not be worth any time that may be saved when drawing the actual walls. I drew some extra walls to correct the perspective and it looks a bit better.
