I'm probably going to tell him to find someone who does have more time.

Someone else wants me to make a steam engine for GMod as well, but it looks like there's plenty of those for it already.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit miffed. When I showed him the finished version, and asked if anything was missing, all he replied with was "curves".

Then later, he sent me several different messages saying he "didn't want to be mean, but" there's a lot he didn't like about it. Including stuff that he wanted in but didn't tell me, or didn't include in the reference sketch he gave me.

He never sent any replies when I showed him the in-progress pictures though. It would have been useful to know all of this before I did textures, since a new unwrap won't match the old one very well.

The more specific criticisms included the headlights not being round enough, the taillights not being tube-like enough, the tailfins having a blunt end instead of a bladed one, it having one hood ornament instead of two, and there not being a grill from a specific car brand.
