i hate mornings though

In any case, i managed to make two above-par (for me) drawings last night so woo go me.

These came at the cost of about an hours worth of sleep (on a night where i had 8am classes next morning). However, I feel like this arting course is actually helping, so that's pretty neat. :v

They're all so good! I love that evergreen tree - it's just so realistic it's crazy.

Drowning was kind of a study actually, based off of a scene in this, was also playing with some pencils I got for Christmas to see how they worked.

And the trees are also kinda studies, well, practice to be more precise of a method I picked up from a book.

Actually it's this little ceramic dude that i bought on Bornholm. I know it looks like i live in perpetual darkness from that photo. And i might be. Who knows? :v

The chainmail was actually much less annoying to draw than i was fearing, but yes, it's easy to get impatient with that many small circles. (although right now i'm mostly bothered by that snoutcircle that i forgot to erase)
