It's indeed not terrible. Only thing is, with the hair being outlined, the eyebrows not being so looks a bit odd.

Well hey, that's actually quite nice! Proportions in general are almost infallible, and basically the only thing that kind of gets me is the outline. I'm prooooooooobably a bit of a pedantic about this, but when outlines do like this:



Then Comrade Shook gets an irresistable urge to point it out and say hey, it could look neater if it was cleaned up a bit, in a manner similar to this:



Beyond that though, very good! You clearly have a knack for this. c:

Go with a darker color for the details on the flower and give it an outline, then it'll stand out more. Same with the bra straps, they're almost unnoticeable. Pink was a strange choice for your eye color. o_o Pretty good for a first try IMO.
