Isn't being able to do different styles one of the signs of a good artist, and therefore an improvement?

#3 neat af. If that's in chronological order, I'd definitely consider that improving. Minor thing: #1 and #2 are holding their arm from the inside, while #3 seems to be holding it from the outside, judging by the way their fingers are pointing. I tried doing it that way in front of a mirror, and while physically possible,  it involves a very uncomfortable turn of the wrist. Then again, I'm not a very flexible person, so I dunno.

#1 is also pretty neat. I kinda feel like that gradient background that #3 has makes it look more...  finished than the others? I feel like #1 would also benefit from some sort of background, even though it's pretty cool as it is.

I'd say you're generally improving, Cinder. Your style is evolving too, but that doesn't preclude improvement!

I retouched it, especially the linework. Actually really happy with it now! I've been wanting to up my stylised game for ages, especially for small-size artworks. Not that this is one.

been a bit busy and out of inspiration these days. but i got some time to sketch stuff.

another country flag study. the Sadharian flag represents the two most iconic things of their culture, the desert, which dominates most of the empire, and the dodecahedron, which represents their god.

initially i wanted something familiar to the middle eastern monotheism, but after i started looking at some of the geometrical symbols used on mosques and the like i sparked the idea of using a god that didnt represent supreme power and fear, instead i opted for what i call "philosophy made deity".

so yeah, Sadharian religion is based around the worship of Yazef, god of knowledge. since their god doesnt really have a shape, they opted to represent it by fractals and solids, in this case the Dodecahedron, since it represents the imaginary, the dream, the oniric, the metaphysic side of the universe.

another flag based on geography. however, i wanted to give it a twist. Monzwamba is the main trade hub in the old world, the region itself covers several kilometers of uncharted jungle, prairie and savannah, it contains also a freshwater sea formed by the discharge of thousands of glaciers both from the dragon mountains and the northern icesheet.

in order to represent the central importance of the country, i decided to draw it in a diagonal pattern, with the eye of victoria in the center.
