No, not really. There doesn't seem to be any point to doing it, but it's surprisingly easy to do. Once I came up with the idea, I managed to disembowel mysef on the very first try.

I am currently working on an album. This specific piece is about the Vanir of Vanaheimr, the gods of Nordic mythology associated with foresight, fertility and wisdom.
