How to change the location of where my dwarfs gather?

Hello there, I am fairly new to playing dwarf fortress, and I have a question. As shown in the link below, my dwarfs are all chilling outside at the default wagon. How do I change it so that the congregate in shelter instead of outside?

You need to create a meeting area:

"i" to get to the zones menu.
"enter" at each corner of the rectangle to define the zone.
"m" to make the zone a meeting area.

It's also recommended that you deconstruct the wagon, both to reclaim the wood it's made from, and to remove it as a gathering spot.
