Angelic society is sharply devided between the lower class, and the upper class. There is a middle class, but its particluarly small. In the lower and middle class, there exists many sub-cultures. You happen to be in the RUMI cultural group, a rarer group. Meanwhile your friend belongs to the very common RUSKI group. RUSKIES tend to live in highly populated cities, and has many members among the normal populance and the High Noblity. Some groups within the GLORIOUS EMPIRE are given special devisions or particular jobs, like the Warlike CASSOCKS, or the Administrative SLOVICS.
The GLORIOUS EMPIRE's Nobles govern SPIRE CLUSTERS in a system very similar Earth's Feudal Kingdoms. All of these Nobles are subject to the GLORIOUS CZAR. The CZAR is the ultimate force in the entire government. The posistion is often warred over, but the idea of just taking the Throne has started to die down, and the favorance of a more FAIR AND JUST government which TREATS ALL EQUALLY. Its not a Republic though. Monarchy has been so popular among the ages that the very idea of a republic is silly to many of the people. However, these ideas have been strictly surpessed by the PRESTIGIOUS ORDER KEEPERS. Some people like to call them POKs, but it seems a little silly to you.
