1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

Hilarious so far. I believe Vermin Supreme should be included in this, somehow. Too bad he didn't run as a Republican this year, though, he could fit right in with the rest of the nominees.
