would work better, because it adds up to 10. And then every dwarf in the squad could end up training at the same time.

Does it work that way?

Or are we just Pontificating Tuskless Walruses?

Thats why I was thinking three orders of "Train 4" -- you've always got at least two that aren't participating in a full squad of ten, so one group is under dwarfed.

Of course, on that line of thought, perhaps it should be three "Train 2" and a single "Train 4".  Then you would have up to six sparring, and a small group doing a class ...
