Could I change my trait to getting the additional action, but only being able to use it for spying, in exchange for some extra infiltration? Really dont want to lose half my spies.

EDIT: Hell, could even give the bonus to only the extra spah turn, if it would give me more infiltration.

Sure. You may change anything in the sign-up without warning and if I don't like it I'll say so.

Bio: Formerly working for the KGB he decided they were inefficient and joined up to prove that HE was the best spy master in  the world.

Perk: Intelligence network : Is able to form a network of spy's to give a boost to espionage in the country it is formed in (+2) Notes: requires 3 spy's to start. Can be disbanded by the government Or other players. Can be formed in another players base. Once started all spy's sent to the country or base after forming will benefit. Spy's in the ring are unusable for regular action. 

Base: Island in the middle of the pacific: tier 2

Infiltration:5

Minions:

I am relatively fine with my choices, as you can do a looot of stuff with infiltration.

However the formulae for infiltration is just confusing as all hell. May I suggest you use [ and ] for brackets that contain brackets?

I think you screwed up Development- you have every [Development] turns the tech level of the country goes up, meaning lower is better; the traditionally higher tech countries have high development.


Anyway, I rechecked my sheet and am happy with it.
