I find it hard to respect a developer making commercial clones.  When was the last time a clone was superior to the original?
Boba Fett.
Jango at least got one kick-ass fight against Obi-Wan. ;)

Not to mention that, no matter what your opinion of Minecraft, I think everyone can agree it's better than Infiniminer, of which it started as a clone.

Is goblin garrison/camp still going?
I thought that game whiped up a whole storm of buttfluster on these forums.

I could totally go for "dorflike" becoming a genre.

I somehow don't think the world is ready for a genre of videogames where the best way to feed people is by murdering hundreds of kittens.

What's wrong with using magma? That's almost always the easiest method.
I have issues channeling it properly to do that method. I end up flooding the fortress with magma.

Perhaps, but wasn't it always designed as a survival/building rpg?  Which is a completely different sort of game than Infiniminer, being a competitive multiplayer game about mining.

I remember that dark day and in my heart of hearts refused to believe that Boba was gone. Long I argued against the unbeliever that being swallowed whole in a self contained combat suit with many of its weapons intact does not equal doom. And I am glad that it turned out to be true. :)
