Or I guess if your character was wearing it during all the crimes put on him it adds a bonus to the lawyer's roll. "Did any of you SEE his face?"

And if they got the mask/caught him while he was wearing it, it adds to the prosecution. "We have the mask, and a video of the police removing it!'
