I was thinking more along the lines of this legendary champion, all clad in dented and dinged up steel plate, his blood-drenched axe slung over his back, a notch in the handle for every enemy that saw the swing of that blade as the last sight they ever saw, a battered shield strapped over his arm... and a fluffy, pink stuffed hippo hidden discretely in his breastplate.

I always do 200 years.

More years equals more empty fortresses. Which is annoying in adventure mode.

And towns aparently. Necro tower? Not to creepy. Tomb? Eh. Sewer? A little claustrophobic I guess. Now a completely empty ghost town that you just happen upon? That's never a good idea. Anybody who's played Silent Hill knows that.

300 for me ...
the number of years that normally can be solved in a little more than 2 hrs...
after 300 each year takes longer and longer, rising to 10-15 minutes / year in 330.
Will try 350 this night ... according to my estimates this should be solvable within 10-12 hours

I just started a 505 year old world, it's really great.  There are tons of tombs and lairs to explore.  The history and stuff is great to explore with legends viewer and especially adventurer mode.

Well, since the thread is back up anyhow: Who's excited for the exotic animal-training? I know I can't wait to catch me the scariest stuff I can find and loose it at the goblins in a confined space.

Holy crap! I don't mean to necro a thread, However I have never had a thread with this much interest on any public forum before. I am glad I am not the only one!


To add to the thread, I just want to update everyone!

I am still going crazy, it is really hard waiting for the new release to come out... and forcing to occupy myself with other games while I wait is getting bothersome :(
