Maybe she's weak to paradoxes, too-  "your new mission is to disobey this mission",  etc.  A last resort, if we need it.

I say we find the most electrically insulated spot on the ship (ie: with the most metal around it) and see what happens if we put her there.

Okay, some things.
"Your new mission is to disobey this mission" does not lead to any paradoxial statements in this context. It is perfectly possible to not accept the mission, and subsequently not have to deal with it.
Secondly, 'connection failed' has nothing to do with paradoxes. Again, it's most likely the behavioural conditioning from SHM kicking in under stress and trying to reconnect to the server that she should be plugged into.
Thirdly, surrounding something in metal does not insulate it.

The point of putting her in the hold is exactly so that she doesn't manage to connect.  And I'd say that her not connecting to that server is in her best interests.

And the paradox part was just an example.  It was falsely applied.  Sorry.  I'm just suggesting we test what might work, and build up a stock of logic bombs.  Options never hurt.

Reflex... When I get a personal choice question I needed to calculate the best possible action, using the main computer network as extra information... I was trained to do that since I was a toddler or so, It's just sticking around for now.
