Desperately search the dumpster for rotten food. Find worm in rotten food. Bite worm to create bomb. Throw bomb as a distraction. Move out, using debris found in the dumpster as cover (other zombies also hold debris to confuse the sniper to our identity). Flank that sniper bastard and kill him for hurting Bloodwing.

Failing that, PUSH BERSERK BUTTON!

Just start biting cockroaches if we have to. Worms may be a premium in a dumpster.

Well the main weakness of a sniper is the fact that they'll need to take a while to aim properly at that distance. So if we send out a regular zombie and he shoots it should give us at least a couple of seconds to do something in, which would probably best be some sort of suppressing barrage from the spitters. It's hard to shoot people when you're being covered in somewhat corrosive bile.

Well spitters could potentially make his cover obsolete anyways though so even if they don't hit the sniper...

We could mount Snowflake or the bear and have him/it rush them, but with infantry coming we could lose them. Then rage and rush?

Maybe Diane do what she did before? With the whole bones turning into defensive plates she could be of use against a sniper.

+1, could send an armored one? Might take a few more shots, plus it would look more like us, what with us wearing armor.

You grab the side of the dumpster, and push in order to get the part where it opens in front of you. You cant get any good leverage on it, you're gonna have need to pull from the other side.
Sadly, it's just not going to be possible to go dumpster diving, especially with the sniper already having his sights on you, so you call over a common who promptly gets shot. His head explodes like a ripe melon and the bullet leaves behind a hole the size of a dinner plate in the wall. You quickly call in a second, and as you thought, it takes a little longer before the zombie's torso becomes modern art.
So either he's aiming a little slower, or he's using bolt-action. You yell if Diane can tell what rifle it is. She just angrily yells that she is not a gun expert, and that you need to get your ass out of there.

As you prepare for a sprint after you call in another batch of experimental splatter paint-sack, you suddenly hear a voice that sounds like the owner just got done gargling tar and is still in the middle of a bad case of bronchitis. You're not even sure if it's supposed to be words, but it gives an idea.
Kerrr-shick
So spitters talk too, now, that's a thing. And it probably means it's bolt-action. You bark the order to spit after the next shot.
you then call in an armored common, who promptly proves that basic body armor does not stop a FUCKOFF caliber bullet.
Still, you pull the dumpster in position, allowing you to go diving. Sadly, you can barely find anything with how deep everything is, and to be honest, apart from garbage-juice there isn't much in the way of life down here.
Guessing from the lack of repeated shots, the sniper must have moved or died.

You just pull the dumpster until you can crawl back around the corner.

procrastination is the opposite of concrastination, so you know.

sigged

Anyway, we still have regular infantry to deal with. Find the sniper's position and his gun maybe, and from there snipe(if we have any idea how) and command zombies. I suggest preventing a retreat with spitters(make puddles behind them so they can't escape) and rush forward with brutes and commons (and zombear)

Well getting to the sniper wouldn't be straightforwards, since he was on a rooftop. We're zombie Hitler, not Spiderman. But if it is possible then the rest of the plan sounds solid.

You decide to take a move around to get to the sniper nest, and order the spitters to get down. They do so quite clumsily, but they can all still walk, probably. You request a puddle to be made to cover the retreat.
They get right on that, leaving behind a beige and green spot all across the alley. One wonders what decides the colour, and how it makes any fucking sense.
Then again, you are a guy that got bit by a worm, then turned into zombie Hitler before amassing a harem of insane people. I guess that relaxes the logical standards quite a bit.
Going around seemed to work out  well enough, seeing how there aren't any bullets flying in your general direction. Or tasers, if the plot demands you are to be taken alive.

The walk around is dangerous, and the ramshackle sniper-tower is in the middle of a market. You have no doubt that the military personnel is hiding behind the stalls, so you get some saturation spitting on top of that.
That flushed 'em out. The body armor they wear blocks quite a bit of it, however. Still, their neck isn't protected, so they'll be suffering from mild irritation for a like, a day.
They're all moving to other locations, some just put the roof of a stall to good use, but you manage to get in.
It's a huge market, with cover being pretty much everywhere. The stalls are still filled with stuff, and you are currently hiding behind an olives stand.
What now...

I was about to say that this was a sudden stop to the game and my next writing project was gonna be coming soon.
But this is preferable, innit?

Search the stalls for something we could bite or some knives we could throw if we run out of bullets. Arm the mob of zombies with whatever there's around.

There should be only a few entrances if we're in the city, so send some zombies and cover the exits. Once enough zombies have done this, close in all at once. Try to hit people that are the biggest threat to our zombies(L/HMGs) with the pistol.

Most of the stuff in the stalls in fresh produce, so nothing really bitable. An angry steak would do an equal amount of damage as an ordinary one, so that's also out of question if you found a butcher. Plenty of knives though.
You tell the zombies to block off the exits of the market, as it takes a while to even get to the edge of the city. Some knives are given to them as well, let's hope they don't eat them.
Sadly, the military is too well-armed and numerous to give a pincer-plan. Still, you can do some things against them. A squad manages to get the drop on you, so you jump over a stall, sacrificing some zombies to cover yourself.
You still end up taking a bullet to the chest, which is blocked by your armor.

Honestly, it turned into a chaotic pandemonium pretty much instantly. With your zeds on the losing side. You order a retreat and start wondering where the hell snowflake and Diane have gone off to.
Just as you start to run, something grabs you ankle and attempts to pull you into the sewers! You grab your gun and fire into the darkness, which causes the arm to pull you down instantly.
The landing was not soft, nor was it clean. You look at what just captured you and see... A bleeding Snowflake, and a disappointed Diane carrying TW, who looks almost normal.
Nice one. I ordered the Zombies to get underground as soon as they aren't being spotted. It's a fucking meatgrinder out there.

Wow, Zero really isn't very genre savvy is he?
Weird hands reaching out of sewers are always the monsters. Which in this case wasn't a bad thing.

Go into hiding for a while so we can rebuild the horde. Another cruise ship attack or two would do this nicely. Attack only when we know we can do it successfully, as we can't afford another failure like that. Hide somewhere nobody goes. (like tc_hydro or the sewers) Also wage guerilla warfare of sorts, attacking then going back into hiding, planting bio-bombs in streets, etc. Basically war on terror with zombies. Am I overthinking a silly forum suggestion game? Maybe.
