((The rep has full clearance of the ship and can access documents from the terminal in his/her room. The rep is like a 3rd party, he/she represents Xeroth and thus has full access, as well as the captain and can veto the captain as well. The rep is a full Xeroth employee and trusted by Armand, while the captain is a contractor. ))
