In Tokio, civil servants will get a 4-day work week so they have more time to make babies.

For a youtube vid showing basically the same thing, if the problem's reddit itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_93g6JA5os

it doesn't get the scream at the end quite as well, but it's definitely there

also apparently there's a whole series of hooking toys like tickle me elmo up to increasingly excessive voltage to see what happens
