Mutant kobolds?

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but:

Have kobolds always been spiders?

look at your dwarves...they are the same way.  It is referring to the upper arm as the section between the elbow, and shoulder.  lower arm being the forearm (hand to elbow.)  The same with legs.

This is a useful feature..and this is DF.. so im gonna assume its bugged
That's what cages and minecart shotguns are for!  We don't need to control them.  We just need to aim them.

No, just no.

I couldn't sleep for a week after (reading?) my first drider.  And I was 18, so it wasn't a little kid thing.  And the best part?  I HAD a pet tarantula at the time, so it's not like spiders - even large ones - bug me.
It's just the idea of a spider and a something else mixed (usually an elf).
