Yeah my computer has been acting wierd so i wanted to get it done fast. I am also trying to find a way to make the game realise that all of the scavgers left awhile ago.

Is there a DFHack tool to get rid of invaders or to end sieges because nothing else is working to get rid of the fact we are at siege i even went into runesmith to see if any invaders where still around or if there was a sneaky invasion going on there isnt we need to end the nonexistant siege or else the fort will be killed by attrition and lack of migrants the civ we are part of is still alive to so thats not it.

Yeah, I think that this game may be a bit out of my experience level. I have never gotten a base killed in three months before.

You want turn four?

I guess I could give a try. But I have a few questions first:

1) What version of Genesis did you start with? Was it this?
[0.31.25] Genesis Mod [3.25d] - Phoebus

2) If no new caravans, immigrants, or invaders come during my 1 game year turn (likely due to a siege that doesn't want to end), can I make it a two-year turn?

I'm Sorry, but between my unfamiliarity with the Genesis and with Succession games and the [insert colorful metaphor] I had to deal with the last two days... it must not meant to be. I really thought I could this, but it's taking me way too long.

I didn't have much to show. That, and I think one of the tools I was using sort of messed up my save.)

I've never tried a Succession game before and picking up all the little details of a fort others have started and built upon seems very challenging. It's not like a fort you started yourself where you have at least a general idea where everything is at and what's going on. I think I'll start a few Genesis forts and get some more experience before considering again.

That said, however, I don't see my attempt as a total failure because I did learn. I learned what (trying to) participate in a Succession game is like and I learned more about the Genesis mod.

Journal Of Magnus The Second

1st Obsidian

The fort seems to have gained a reputation as constantly under siege making migrants more afraid to come and now with more death than ever we NEED them to arrive so we can get anything done, there are only six dwarves left who have not been pressed into militarary service in case of an ambush.

15th Obsidian

A VILE FORCE OF DARKNESS HAS ARRIVED! WHY DO THE SCAVENGERS WANT TO KILL US ALL SO MUCH! Atleast they're dumber than a lobotomized quadriplegic.

Seriously there are like ten of them on each of those pillars and none of them have ranged weapons and we have all of our archers firing at them.

26th Obsidian

A vile force of Darkness has arrived sir, I am seriously getting tired of hearing those words, The werewolfs attacked and are reinforcing the scavengers, of course they are just as stupid for not bringing ranged weapons and acting like archery targets but atleast they have an excuse for beeing so goddamn retarded.

20th Granite

People are starting to die of thirst for unknown reasons.

Yeah we have enough drinks to supply most people for the rest of their lives.

3rd Slate

The Bizzare self dehydration has ended with the scavengers just sort of leaving but leaving their werewolfs to fend for themselves.

10th Felsite

Ilithids ambushed and are joining the crowd outside of our gates.

And a very very creepy ghost has been put to rest.

12th Felsite

ARMOK DAMN THEM! Scavengers again.

They are mostly grouping at the edge of the region.

8th Malachite

Mind Flayers ambushed and where then crowded around by scavengers who are now covered head to toe in ilithid toxin.

3th Galena

I just died time to infect another poor sap

9th Galena

A forgotten Beast has arived in the cavern where the adamantium was this would be terrible if there was any left in the vein.

14th Galena

The Scavengers are gone but we are still not getting any migrants anytime soon.

19th Galena

AHHHHHHHH! GO AWAY! Centaurs have attacked for no reason

16th Limestone

A forgotten Beast that could not possibly exist just ran into a tribe of Amphibian Persons and managed to affect them allwith a sydrome before dying
So far they are just bruised but it could turn into something worth looking into.

10th Timber

A balor arived but before i could draw it the latest mind flayer raider attacked the Balor killing it and starting a forest fire.

15th Timber

A Goblin Siege Has arived.

23rd Timber

The Goblins and one of the inumerable Ilithid ambushes have run into each other and are fighting.

15th Opal

The dungeon master has become attached to his mule bone crossbow if this drawn out last stand goes on for way too long he wont have any ammo.

13th Obsidian

The Scavengers have attacked again god this is getting annoying there are so only twelve of us left do I have decided to wall us off from the outside world.

18th Obsidian

As my spirit grows weak Werewolfs attack.

1st Grantie

As i grow weak from my injuries i have decided to allow someone else rule for a while.

The Forts status we are slowly fighting to the death.

SAVE!!!!!1234><$$

To anyone who takes over the fort some new rules

1. The turn can be extended by one year if the siege that rrefuses to end does not end in your turn.
2. If you believe you could end the siege with hacks ask first but it would be allowed we need this siege to end so that we can atleast get some migrants.

I could give this a go, though considering the situation I'll likely use traps to break the siege. Also, I have no clue about Genesis, so that's good too.

Sorry, that fort is beyond my patience. Digging out a soil tile takes about 20 seconds. Don't even want to think how long it would take to build a bridge.

Because i have no finals tommorow and thus a day off I will be able to play the turn (it runs at like 10 fps but i really love this fort)
EDIT: I was just looking through the fort and i found something out, our engraver is carving practically every event that happened in this fort there are lots of engravings about my character being shunned and thrown out of his position as expedition leader.
