Prince: A Royal Suggestion Game
« on: March 11, 2013, 06:19:47 am »

You are a prince, born to a royal family that has ruled the coastal country of Analysse for three generations. Your father, Lorin the Lionhaired inherited the throne from his elder brother who died with no heir, while Lorin has many children. You've long been told that your father is a strong leader and an experienced general, and that he has worked hard to secure Analysse from it's enemies. Your mother is known as a quiet and unassuming woman who spends much of her time in study and contemplation, at this point in your life neither of your parents have paid much attention to you, far too busy with the affairs of state and with the raising of the other children.

You are the thirdborn of five royal children and are currently eight years old. Your eldest sibling and only brother William is eight years your senior, you see him rarely, and it seems that servants are reluctant to tell you much of him.Your eldest sister Ritalia is five years your senior, and dotes on you and the younger girls. Catherine is two years younger than you, and Mary is only a year old. You are told that you have two half brothers, whatever that may mean.

What is your name? The name of your royal family?

You've spent much of your early life carefree, able to do as you will, perhaps subject to an occassional lesson on etiquette or history, but not enough to be obtrusive. But where did you spend most of this part of your life?

This shall be a simple suggestion game with only loose rules governed in part by the fickle master that is the RNG god. Character creation will occur in multiple stages, each governing a portion of the princes early life rather than it's entirety.

Raynor Jamis has lived most of his life in The Palace. One does not develop the intrigue score needed to inherit a throne by watching knights hit each other with metal sticks.

Countryside estate is a perfect place for a developing young prince.

+1 to Arland surname, sounds appropriately royal, while the first name for a thirdborn... Phillip is sufficiently noble too.

You are Raynor Casar and you've spent much of your eight years in the royal palace, surrounded by servants and splendor to attend to your every wish. You have been held to a high standard of etiquette, and your nursemaids have taught you the lessons of politeness well, wether you choose to follow them or not.

How did you spend your free time? (You may choose three, rate preference from one to three, this well effect your skills, reputation and friends.)

Commanding, listening and speaking. One does not need to learn a skill if he can make others do it for him. He cannot know their strengths if he does not listen. Nor command if they do not listen.
