Cf. http://lcs.wikidot.com/ .   An unofficial non-mod fork appears to be in progress.  I think your best chances are either the unofficial github fork, or the next Terra Vitae mod (scheduled for after the author's finals) which is more substantial.

Jon's really inactive, but LCS is still getting updated on Github so there's still hope.

Great Armok, don't refer to forumites as "dead". Practically gave me a heart attack. But you're right, he was last active in Jan 2015.
