All you really need to draw a parallel is a ruler.

Says you. I've regularly screwed up straight lines even with a ruler to help. Rulers can help but they're neither necessary nor sufficient.

Well yeah, if you want a perfectly straight line down to nanometer tolerance, use a laser. Though admittedly, a nonsolid beam of light is a little hard to press against and draw a line.

In a single page, we've gone from Schneiderman to spacetime snark via lasers.

American politics has gotten very strange lately.

Lately? It's always been like this since the signing of the constitution.

The allegation is being made by Martinuzz that four sexual abuse victims are just paid off lairs. That allegation seems to exist only to defend a Democrat and create a conspiracy theory that places Trump at the root of another evil act. I think this is conspiratorial, self-serving thinking. I believe every survivor of sexual assault deserves to be heard, believed and supported.

Frumple, lets be clear. What legal specific is propositioning a female subordinate you have no relationship with whatsoever, then slapping her violently when she refuses? That's not bedroom games. That's sexual assault.

I'm sure there's some new way to grossly misread me, however.

I believe every survivor of sexual assault deserves to be heard, believed and supported.

Well, then, let us immediately impeach, convict, and proceed to punish Donald Trump based on the allegations that he sexually assaulted Jill Harth, Summer Zervos, Jessica Leeds, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Temple Taggart McDowell, Karena Virginia, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stroynoff, Juliet Huddy, Jessica Drake, Ninni Laaksonen, and Cassandra Searles, all of whom, by your rule, deserve to be believed.

Or are there perhaps limits to the extent to which we should automatically believe someone? Do you perhaps feel that denying the accused their 6th Amendment rights would be unjust in this case?

White House spokeperson Kelly Sadler commented on McCain's criticism of Trump.
She called his criticism 'irrelevant', because 'he is going to die anyways'.

Well, I suppose you've changed my mind away from the modern feminist position and Hillary's exact words. Allegations that lay dormant for as much as thirty years that then find themselves levelled just before an election are somewhat suspect. I guess that's why only 43% of Americans find those allegations credible. Still, Schneiderman wasn't doing something high-profile enough to target with false allegations, was he? I just think these four women are more credible than the conspiracy theory.

What she meant to say is that 'he's going to die anyways, like all of us'. All we do is irrelevant.
It was a nihilist's cry for help.

Escalation? What's that?

Now I am not saying that they don't have the right to defend themselves against a blatant attack: they do. It's just that there's such a thing as responding disproportionately, which tends to result in a strong reaction from the other side. Resulting in more escalation and destruction.

Oh, yes. Thank you. I updated mine from yours.

Long story short, Israel blew up like 35 different sites in Syria.
