Is the goblin mount bug still present in 34.11 with DF Hack's "pure bugfixes"?

The bug where if you kill a goblin civilization's leader during a siege they will no longer come with mounts. I haven't had goblins come on mounts in awhile and I'm wondering if this is why.

Again, I am using 34.11 Starter Pack with DF Hack's pure bug fixes enabled.

this was supposed to be fixed in release 34.xxx
