He mentioned the target girl. We're not sure if he's talking about us or Riltia.

Technically "target girl" could also just mean "girl I'm targeting," but that'd require Slog be the real Target or something.

How about we have Riltia take the red + pawn behind her and use it as a giant club against Polaris?

You continue screwing around back there. You pick up a Negative Pawn and rub yourself against it to build up Charge. (Knowledge: 8!) However, your Charge has nothing to do with electricity! (Attack: 8-4 Guard) Polaris attempts to rush you, but Riltia DRAMATICALLY GUARDS using all of her DUMB FIGHTER STRENGTH to keep the robot from slicing you up.
