Just got done reading this and Battlefailed in one sitting.

The ENTIRE Battlefailed saga? In one sitting? At night?... i have no words to describe this...

What?  It was only 50 or so pages....  I'm used to reading entire 300 page paperbacks in a day for fun, so this wasn't too long

When I read through forums, pages seem much longer to me. Of course, that might just be because I have the tendency to get "distracted" during the read. end end up reading up all of the Cacame Awemedinade stories because of a reference someone made. That could explain why all these stories seem so long to me 
btw, longest book I've ever read in one sitting was The Da vinci code (about 5 hours I believe). I did read The Stand from Steven King (1011 pages) but that one took about 5 days.[/off-topic]

Bloody elves.  Always getting in the good dwarf's way, preventing me from doing the work of the gods...

I ordered Mekboy to go haul some of our garbage out and force the idiots to cart it away.  Hell, they'd probably even trade for it.  Suckers.

A nameless miner ran up to me and informed me that it was too dangerous to go down to mine out an area to be used for magma forging.  When I asked why, he informed me that there was a forgotten beast in a perfect position to kill workers.

Seeing as dwarves apparently give birth instantly, I'd guess that for them, childbirth is either painless or more painful than any of us can imagine.

Ive actually known dwarves to miscarriage. Seriously. Its brutal. Prospective mothers get depressed and when i check on their stats they are bummed about loosing a kid.  It makes me weep dwarvey tears
