That's hes stage name, if that's what you mean. He is the guy from pimp my ride. Due to the fact that he puts silly things in cars related to ones interests, terms such as "Yo dawg, I herd u like swimming, so I put a pool in ur car so u can swim while you drive" came about, and it went from there. The calculas meme was the one that started the X while you X format.
