They don't actually need to be functional, all I need is something that looks like actual floppies.

I do not see the appeal of a bidet.

Contrast how many times you have to wipe to get clean and how many times you have to use the bidet to get clean.

I have no recollection of this

It was three and a half years ago, man. I’d struggle to remember what I did last week!

There’s a saying about blaming malice when it could be as easily explained by incompetence that probably applies here.

He said the word rigged many many times during his little speech outside the courthouse before leaving without taking questions.

Someone shouted a question after him. Unfortunately it wasn’t if he was going to get fitted for a jumpsuit.

Also, my local news decided to have breaking coverage of the verdict… interrupting the national news programme covering the verdict.

A verdict has been reached in Trump’s hush money trial.

Guilty on all 34 counts :o

Now I am playing Not For Broadcast, and generally failing to not show fannies on the news.

I like the smell of salt and vinegar crisps.

I like the smell of vinegar in general though, and my wife tells me that’s weird.

Except for the time my wife left a gallon jug of apple cider in the car, that proceeded to leak and then for a few years you got a not very pleasant stench of vinegar on a particularly hot day.

I had to save one of the James Webb Space Telescope pictures for my phone background.

Cleaned the oven with a water-bicarb mix. Worked, except now there's a layer of white residue all over the damn thing that precipitates out whenever it dries, and it refuses to go away no matter how much I try to clear it out.

Swapped out a layer of mostly-invisible carbon mass for a layer of very visible layer of sodium bicarbonate.

You can probably get rid of it with some vinegar. You might get away with a damp vinegar cloth.

He’s been generally alright about not hating against homosexuals in his time as pope, and evidently I like him enough to point out his first language isn’t Italian, but even so, you’d hope he’d learn how to refer to homosexuals in a less disgusting manner.

Turn coming.  I’m on vacation so it will be later than usual.

I’m thinking you should just enjoy your vacation, guy. This’ll still be here when you’re done.

I don’t remember a time that it wasn’t a lower-case m.

Doesn’t the thousandth abbreviation also have another letter to denote what it’s a thousandth of? Like mm for millimeters, mg for milligrams, that sort of nonsense.

Well, graduates earn more, so it’s not exactly taking from the rich and giving to the poor.

From my own experience, it does seem as though the loans are basically expected to be forgiven rather than repaid. Income based repayment stuff can reduce your monthly payment to zero depending on circumstances.
