I've been going wild with desktops recently.  Of course, I'm on Windows 7, so as far as shortcuts go...
I'll let the picture speak for itself.  As an aside, I have about 40 different backgrounds, most of which I created myself, on a slideshow, so...

Pretty generic. No icons (right click -> arrange icons... -> uncheck show icons) because I never use them, fancy that.

Before, when I did use them, I had one folder called 'Abyss' on my desktop which I dumped everything into. Before I deleted it, it had >2000 files & shortcuts. So yeah.

Generic indie game? It's an awesome indie game! It's one of the games on this page. Basically, it's a platformer where you make platforms. And it's really trippy and colorful.
