Does masson go unhappy when hi's leggendary support des

Well I've got on of my pillars created by legendary mason with appropriate message about masterpiece creation. This pillar is temporary and i wish do destroy it to collapse some cavern levels. Will my mason became unhappy when his masterwork destroyed?

Masterpeice bridges can be 'removed' without the creator being angry about it, so if you dont want to find out about destroying the support, deconstruct it and replace it with a non-masterpeice...

Just make sure the thing the support is holding is still supported by something!
