Pokethaum is what happens when you mix a magic based universe with that of Pokemon. Within Pokethaum it is possible both to encounter Pokemon and Monsters. As this is inspired by both D&D and Pokemon, don't expect this game to keep with the canonity of either genre.

1.
Name: Hamond Falskar
Race: Elf
Class: Cleric
Health: 16
Strength: [-1 Race] + [-1 Class] + 19 = 17
Intelligence: [1 Race] + 16 = 17
Melee: [-1 Race] + 11 = 10
Ranged: [1 Race] + {+2(Healing) Class} + 17 = 18 ~ 20
Speed: 19
Backstory: Hamod Falskar grew up in a small keep somewhere (He can't quite remember where). He left home at the tender age of 20 to set out on a grand quest. A few mere days in he was hit over the head by a rather large troll. Awaking a week later in a nearby town, he learned that this concussion had left him with amnesia. He barely remembered anything of his past. Despite this, he was still hopeful. While his past was gone, he had a clean slate for the future now. One day, he hopes to find the keep (He only remembers the vague silhouette of it) and find anyone who claimed to be the parents of a Hamond Falskar.
2.
Name: Soot Snagem
Race: Human
Class: Trainer
Pokemon: Fire
Health: 12
Strength: 10
Intelligence: 13
Melee: 19
Ranged: 20
Speed: 15
Backstory: Soot was raised in a small human village. Unlike the traditions of some other nearby villages, he didn't get kicked out and sent into the wilderness with a pokemon to wander the world as soon as he turned ten. Instead, he was stuck helping his father in the family smithy. He didn't pick up too much knowledge, as his thoughts were often filled with daydreams of travelling the world, using a pokemon to fight monsters and save villages, then to take credit. Finally he reached the age of adulthood, and left his family behind to travel to the nearest town he could get a starter pokemon at.
3.

Health: 17

Intelligence: [-1 Race] + 11 = 10
Melee: [+1 Race] + 12 = 13
Ranged: [-1 Race] + 19 = 18

Backstory: Dave came from a long line of Daves. Twenty-third in a proud lineage of trainers dating back to Dave David Davidson the First, one of the first trainers ever and the orc who set the groundwork for the poketific method.
4.
Name: Rick Alemeinsterskeinson
Race: Dwarf
Class: Knight
Health: 12
Strength: [+2 Class] + 20 = 22
Intelligence: 19
Melee: [+1 Race] + [+1 Class] + 16 = 18
Ranged: 12
Speed: [-1 Race] + [-2 Class] + 12 = 9
Backstory: A man down on his luck by merely attaining the Gold Medal for Ale Drinking (The best ever gets the Platinum Ale Trophy. He was off by one drink before blacking out), Rick got a summer job as a Pokebouncer to beat out his frustration by beating up guys who "weren't on the list" during those grand tournaments that happen year-round. He hopes that next year, after a bit more practice, he can attain a Platinum Ale Trophy for himself. For now, Themis is an enjoyable enough profession.
