Whipped this up in a few seconds so that it could be used as an avatar across the web.  Hope you all enjoy:

Protip:  If you open it up in a capable editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET),  you can adjust the Hue to get any color dwarf you'd like (or you can just carefully floodfill the colors).
