What does power level affect?

It's your overall combat abilities, life force, chi, energy, your body, mana, spirit, that stuff.

Power level/battle power is sort of measurement of those.

Although your life force and spirit are usually kept apart from the chain unless seriously exerted/needed. 
Side-effects are obvious but ignored by bald people and princes.

Week 2: Speed training

  Name/technique:  Speed training
      Part of the week:  Whole week
      Attribute/skill involved:  Speed
      Description:  Training Roshini to be fast as a cobra.  Sould teach her, first of all, how to move faster; having her do simple exercises like running and the like(see the original Dragonball training for inspiration), while attempting to get her to pass her human (or alien, in this case) limits.  After that, go into actuall combat, and attempt to use this speed for punching, kicking, blocking and more.
      Hope to achieve/Notes/whatever: At best, should make her able to disappear from normal eyesight while she is attacking.
