Well I haven't checked the date on anything since a few years ago, also April first.

Technically speaking, DF is Slaves to Armok: God of Blood II, but let's not concern ourselves on such trivialities.  It's not really a proper sequel anyhow, and is one of the few equals that is substantially better than the first.
