i looked through it's inventory it all masterwork. It's got sandals WITH socks on it's hoof's. I now have the sudden urge to  kill it.

I had a vampire fishman diplomat from a human seaside civ not long ago.

I wonder about the insmouth connotations.....

All subsequent diplomats have been humans though.
