Trying to find an old game
« on: March 30, 2015, 12:05:21 pm »

When i was a kid, i went to the public library a lot. I always played a little game there. It simulated a pond/lake's ecosystem. You added algae, non-predator fish, predator fish, etc. The goal was to make a stable ecosystem. Now, a google search or twelve has found me some similar ones, and even some better ones, but I'd like to find that one for a presentation for a class I'm tutoring. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It was kinda like this, but a little more interactive. Also, it came as part of a suite of little educational games. Can't remember the publisher though.

We have a dedicated thread called something along the lines of "Forgot the name of this game?"  and I can't be bothered to look it up or link to it.

Is the game El Fish?

I would suggest calling up the library and asking. They should have some record of the software used.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try calling them. I was close to el fish, but a little newer.
