Hmm.

Quote
1 worker produces 1 resource per tech level per week. Upgrading the tech level of your factory costs 5000, then 10000, then 20.000 then 30.000 (you get the point.)

OK, my bad, it seems the tech level is from the factory.

@werty
Until I grasp our new economy, it's a tentative offer :P

Its pretty simple I guess, Primary people produce Materials, secondary make products out of them, and tertiary sell them. Utility powers all of theses, and households produce workers and buy products.

A helpful image

So... @King - If you are willing to use your money and get a tech level of say... 5, I'll hire you for ... Wait, wait one moment.

Outside world : A single product is $200. Raw materials are $50. That means I just need to buy raw materials en masse and process them, resell them and !!PROFIT!!?

Uh... I can't actually grasp what I should price things at.
Those are the import prices. As for what you should price things at, you should try to stay under the import price(Otherwise nooen's gonna but them.) Prices will influence each other. Just choose something that seems more or less realistic.
These are what's used and produced per month.

Factories:
4*amount of workers*tech level resources produced
1 PW unit consumed per 2 resources produced, rounded down.
Cost per resource: 0.5PWprice+ 0.25 loancosts ( For tech level 1 and primary industry)
Cost per product: 0.5 PWprice+0.25loancosts+0.5 Resourceprice

Families:
1 PW used per 5 people
4 products used per 5 people
Loancosts: 1/5PW+ 4/5Product cost

Powerplants:
20 power produced per techlevel
        -Resource based
-4 primary resources used per techlevel
              -1 Operator per techlevel
              -PW cost:  2/5 Resource cost+ 1/10 loancost
        -Nonresourcebased
              -No resources needed
              -4 operators per tech level
              -Pw:Cost 2/5 loan cost

Those are the minimum costs for everything in relation to each other.

Fixed some errors.
Also we need some more players. At least 2  but more would be useful.

Just a question to the players:  What should I do?

-Start the Game, fill in empty spots with NPC's

-Wait for more players.

Quadra post FTW

Also, I say start and fill the slots with NPC's until taken, or else this will never get off the ground

I'm not exactly the best at naming, though.

My small resumé:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

A grand total of 2 invented names o_o

I'm the one who came up with the illfated Freeform Free for all Text based Strategy game. So I'm not that good at naming. I'll start the game soonish.
