Seems reasonable to want them on your side then.

OSG, why do you trust TDS over NQT?

Are the one shot powers declared in the thread or sent to the mod, by the way? I'd assume that it's the latter, but I couldn't see a rule on it.
All abilities, as well as chats, go through me via PMs.

4mask, I guess I'd want an experienced player like Deathsword at my back.

And you're right that the sooner people vote the sooner we can learn something.
I'm flattered, but this isn't a bastard mod.

Because NQT claimed so early. I am not inclined to trust him. I'm not sure yet, so I'm not voting for him.

So I think it's two hours until day end?  Am I right, Deathsword?

Seriously, people, are we just going to sit here twiddling our thumbs?  I've at least asked questions to try to get conversation going.

Everyone: If you could choose one element to be, irrespective of your current element, what would it be and why?

Sorry, I've been away for the weekend and posting from my phone seems to be the best way to make myself mix people up or something similarly stupid.

In any case, I'd probably pick fire if given the choice. It seems like the best offensive element and I find I'm more likely to do well in other games if I'm more focussed on killing my enemies than on defending my allies.

Origami: what makes you trust TDS enough to keep him alive, then?

Very interesting, Deus Asmoth.  Why do you prefer offense over defense?

Void. I like playing as third parties, even if I'm terrible at it.

I don't particularly trust either NQT or TDS, but I don't want to vote yet, and I distrust NQT more than TDS at this point.

Hmm... I suppose I just prefer the direct approach. Defending my allies would require me knowing who they are and the odds are slightly better for a person that dies being my enemy rather than ally. The only problem is that deaths don't provide as much information as normal in this setup, but at the end of the day I'd still win if everyone else was dead. What element would you have chosen for yourself?

I would have chosen air, the ability to set up a second chat is much fun.

Weekends don't count. I'm going by my local time, but just placing however hours are left.

Votecount

~15 hours remain

Attacks
notquitethere[1]: TheDarkStar
TheDarkStar[1]: notquitethere
origamiscienceguy[1]: Deus Asmoth

Protects
notquitethere[1]: 4maskwolf
TheDarkStar[2]: 4maskwolf, origamiscienceguy

Please note: people with no attacks or protects on them are not counted. Also note that feints appear in the count, which is to say that if player X has placed two protects (as a feint), then they both appear despite only one being true.

Also note: the format is Target[number]: Attacker/Protector

You're recorded as protecting.

In the meantime...

unvote TDS, Vote Peradon.

Hey bud.

Play.

This could be a real attack.  Who knows.  It could also be a fakeout with the protect on NQT being the valid thing.
