The crew reviewed the scout documentation, it was not very interesting.



Also new recruits came to the hideout to replace the lost hands of the previous weeks.



15 Apr 2601

The vaults are completed and this finally gave some space for the runts to work. An immediate order of scrap metals have been made to resume production.

16, Apr 2601

The shipment has arrived. A field surgery kit was also included with the hope that the gals will not spend so much time in bed if Angel can go in battle with proper tools.



This was important for the runts because they can start making ammo for the snubby pistol, the manstopper and the military shotguns. Having limitless ammo for the looted weapon will be important if Eve Jobs wanted her gals to last long.

A shipment also passed by, but it proved to be too fast for the Bonaventura.

21, Apr 2601

The brainers have mapped the powers that exist on Earth. This gave Eve Jobs-sama some insight about what the protection money actually paid and why the popo did not knock at the hideout door yet. The big boss highlighted about what she could be doing to these leaders.





22, Apr 2601

Thanks to the new vault, the runts could install presses and other construction gizmos, this will allow them to make more complex rifle rounds for the pirates guns.



And this means that the runts can keep the sniper rifles and combat shotguns fed!

24 Apr 2601

A shipping ship was foolish enough to land nearby.



It was a smuggler ship again, which meant a new catgirl captive. It would have been well if the gals could forget a satchel charge that a bugbear threw at them from the ship, the explosion was huge and killed two gals. Hat Hat was enraged seeing this and sliced the offender in half.

The ship had another shipment of weaponry and the fuel was sold to the market. This almost filled the brand new vault. Obviously her success is overflowing her hideout and it will be time to expand her success to new lands, to capture new shipments and get even richer.

During the next week, the brainers had studied the weapon shipments. They have figured that such entreprise requires several ships for the gun sellers to meet their customers then bring the actual goods. It seems that Eve Jobs-sama has put a foot on a bigger network of gun contracts and she is diverting all the gain into her hideout.



And the month ended with news of her success spreading to the world.



Decision time!

Wako Base in mainland China, so that the radar will also cover Japan and some islands.


Contents: Radar, Hangar (including some fighter), a still to make money, maybe a workshop. Vaults and barracks, of course.

Decision time!
We will build a new base, for more stocking space and opportunities to shoot down new UFO. I need to know;
* The name of this base: Hell-Hole
* Its new location: Oceania
* Its content: Hangar; vault; barracks.  Basically enough for interceptions and base defense.  Being near the Death Arenas will give you access to some interesting stuff

The poll remains open for research decision, it did not move much.

Here’s to hoping that the pureblood would not do it this time.

Pogrom #4



Forsaken City is part of the Theban Tyranny, and it’s the second time the pirates have to intervene against a pogrom there. There is something fishy about this country, but political matter will be dealt with another day. It’s good for the gals who wanted to try out the new laser guns they stole from the smugglers. The Bonaventura landed between two hangars and the gates opened.

Everyone picked their finest weapon. Euchre Jane got her lasgun, Rince Wind her sniper rifle, Euchre jane a poisoned dagger and a laspistol, Angel kept her shotgun but her backpack is loaded with medical supplies, Bushmeat has her trusty spear and a weird pistol on her belt, and the other gals picked laser weapon or rifles, plus everyone is loaded to the teeth with explosives. The pogrom dudes are going to have the ride of their miserable lives.



Angel and Bushmeat jumped out of the Bonaventura and quickly took out the nearest guy and WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!



Anxious to not let this monster act, Hat Hat sprinted towards the beast, sliced it in the leg and jumped back in time to dodge a grenade shot from the ship.



Recovering from the blast, Hat Hat could see more big beasts charging near a fuel station. Fearing for the mutants lives and seeing that the space is clear, she threw dynamite at them. The blast sent a guard flying and tore the creature into chunks of meat.





Rince Wind and a swabbie took position on top of the Bonaventura, giving them a good view of the field...



while another gal traded her antique rifle for a better lasgun.



Unfortunately, more foe assaulted the gals position and sniped Hat Hat in priority for using controlled, but terrifying power and she fell, unconscious and bleeding.



She would have died if it was not for the resolute medic next to her. Angel patched Hat Hat’s mangled arm and she was back on her feet, but too badly wounded to continue the combat. Despite her protests, her crewmate convinced her to go hide in the Bonaventura by claiming that she’s not saving anyone with one arm.



The crewmates moved further south, flanking the enemy, and gave the enemy snipers what they deserved.



Sneaking inside the building, Fatima-ann and her fellow sneaked towards what they heard as heavy gun shots and heavy steps, and spotted a robotic looking fellow.



There is so much armor that they are not even sure that there is someone inside. Everyone shot at him, threw him acid, even the gals outside joined in when they saw the hangar doors fall under the laser shots, but the armor blocked everything. The armored soldier even ignored the pirates, preferring to go after a civilian, to better mock them.

Here is what it took to terminate the guy in power armor. Three gals stabbing it, Angel shooting point blank and finally Euchre Jane who finished him with an aimed shot. Eve Jobs-sama would like the secrets of wearing so much plate and asked if those would be turned into something useful for them.



The squad at the south met another one of these lizard things and discovered that these monsters breath fire! And it was really though. A willy pete exploding at its feet could not kill it!



The gals caught in fire panicked and tried rolling around, causing even more fire to spread.





The beast eventually died to heavy lasers, but not before claiming four victims and receiving many, many shots and explosives.



On the other side, Bushmeat spotted what looked like the organized of this party. An ugly woman, waiting in safety, her deformed face sweating with hate. The pirates will need her alive for interrogation.



One of the gals, too tired to run up to her, threw her fisticuffs at Fatima-ann. Who snuck in the building from the back and, slowly but surely, reached that woman who, shoot back in panic, and threw her fist into her face.





One last soldier remained, in another heavy armor. The gals had to travel through the burning field to get to him. A few using the hangar as a cover to engage him in melee. But the heavy laser holder could ran in time before more victims occurred, and that was the end of the pogrom.



Enraged, Fatima-ann held the barely conscious woman by her vest and threw another punch for good measure. She has earned her broken nose for sure. From inside a shop, Euchre Jane watched the fire slowly dying in the park nearby, with a beer in hand. The smoke clearing revealed the burn corpses of her friends. Hat Hat sat, asleep in the Bonaventura, holding her burnt arm. Rince Wind dragged a burnt gal who fell in front of her towards Angel for treatment. The poor girl was in a bad shape and lost all her hair but thankfully she was still alive. And finally, Bushmeat had to handle an angry mutant who accused her crew of murder, she had to menace him with her spear to maintain a distance.

The pirate eventually padded the dead for their belongings and quickly loaded the Bonaventura with loot and their captive without saying a word. They used a lot of explosives to handle the monsters that the guards unleashed on the populace and there was no way to prove that the pirates indeed killed an innocent person here, but how many more would have died anyway if they did fight back the way they did?

I'll try to fetch one and see how it goes, but so far they appeared in terror sites and I have been going no quarter unless I get someone important.

Contacts has been sent to the mainland in order find more ‘old friends’ of Eve Jobs-sama. Those friends also contacted more friend and over time, at least someone at each major mutant settlement knew about the pirates and their adventures. It was not difficult to talk about the heavily armed babes that came to ruin the pogroms. After all, considering the service her gals did at the cost of their lives, Eve Jobs thought that she deserved a little recognition at last.



The gifts has been stashed for a future use and the Big Boss ordered a dog immediately to give the gals company while blasting guild guards. The biggest gift was of course two twin slaves, or at least they were until Eve Jobs declared them free. After interviewing, it occurred that these sisters hold an extremely long memory, probably the result of their alien heritage hinted by the larger eyes, and that they memorized every manuscript that they could lay there eyes on while serving their old master. The place of such girls was obvious to Eve Jobs and that was inside her makeshift lab. This brings the number of brainers to six.

In addition, Eve Jobs-sama can now invite alliance advisors for tea, or for a goof gunfight.





8th May 2601

The hideout really feels small and claustrophobic, the brainers hinted that they could hold more people (and give them more space for their entertainment) but cutting the walls and wielding these in a better pattern. That comes with a cost but at least this could solve a few issues.



Eve Jobs however asked how to put more guns into a limited space, not people.

10th May 2601

Following Eve Jobs-sama demands, the brainers, the ex-slaves twins in particular, asked to put the prisoners to work. If they could clean the place, haul items and pretty much serve their every whim, they would be able to get more free time for their favorites hobbies, like thinking. The Big Boss could hear Darkening Kaos calling dibs on the sick upon the catgirl and it was decided that the Mistress would get what she wanted, but this will have to wait. The runts will first need a crash course with academicians to prove that they are able to dominate a human before going after alien.



Any and all moral ambiguity around this subject was swept by Eve Jobs-sama under the argument that she do not have any morals.

12th May 2601

The runts has been really creative at the academician, that weak willed woman now took the most absurd orders and cleaned Eve Job’s quarters without questions. The Big Boss kept her during the night and sent her good words towards the workshop renaming it “The Dungeon”.

The brainers took an assault rifle apart, the gals having second one in the Bonaventura, and studied its performances. It proved to be an average gun, with the power of a musket but much better precision and autonomy.



Thank to these spare parts, the runts now know the caliber and other metrics needed to build clips, which they started to do.

15th May 2601

Another shipping was detected, the Bonaventura took off to follow it.

Right after the brains reported result by disassembling a lasgun, it is indeed the great rifle that it pretend to be and while the gals will not have the industry to produce ammo for it, there is a slight hope that they can produce cheaper, but worse, batteries for it. Even with such bootleg power, a lasgun outperform any other rifle they have, barring explosives or heavy weapons.



This distraction caused Eve Jobs-sama to realize that the shipping has slipped from her hands.

20th May 2601

Eve Jobs interrogated a guild security. Unfortunately, all he had to say was nothing new and obviously the guild did not educate their guard much. At least the brainers finally figured more about the fabled third arm and what to do with it.

23th May 2601

Lights around the hideout dimmed for a few hours before coming back, brighter than before, then suddenly new screens lit up in place that the gals did not notice before! New electronic apparatuses all over the base came to life to display deformed informations and error messages.



The runts has finally reconnected many of the lost base’s electronic circuitry and using were creative in recycling computers and steel plates into a new set of radar dishes. For Eve Jobs it was all the same, even if it made the place dirtier as the lights better shows the rust and lack of maintenance of this place. The brainers however were quite excited as they could read on the dusty screen much clear information and even images from lands far in the continent. The Big Boss attention was caught when they explained her that they can now spot shipping from far away, and that will sure help them capture more booty.





The older, broken radar has been shut down and cut down into spare parts.

28th, May 2601

Keeping on the tracks of studying the looted guns, the brainers tested one of the assault SMGs. The pirates have three more SMGs they can now produce ammo for.



30th May 2601

This is the end of the month and it seems that the Theban Tyranny, once again gets into trouble. But the timing is good because Darkening Kaos is out of the sickbay and needed some exercise.

I interrogated a catgirl already but I cannot enslave them, did I miss something or this is not possible?

Yes and storage space gets full quickly fo the points they provide are welcome.

I'm halfway through the pogrom, but I don't have much to write about as it's a map full of buildings and cover and I lost only one rookie so far by trying something stupid with her.

Pogrom #5

Letís kill some killers.



Darkening Kaos got a flamethrower, Amperzand loaded her grenade launcher andpicked some more explosives, Rince Wind goes went with her sniper rifle and a confederate eagle on her belt, Fatima-Ann was loaded with a laspistol, a poisoned dagger, explosives and a fisticuff, Angel had her military shotgun, and her medical kit, Bushmeat got her spear and a gauss pistol. The other gals got the other laser weapons. Too bad no one was not strong enough to carry the biggest weapons, but having two heavy lasers and a few panzerfausts should carry the team home.

The pirates landed into what seemed to be a vacation resort, why organize a pogrom here? Unfortunately there is many buildings and covers and progress was slow. On the bright side, it was slow for the purebloods too who had to resort to either snipe with poor coverage or individual murder of the mutants. They have been mostly surprised and taken out their windows thanks to Rince Wind and the lasguns excellent accuracy.



Bushmeat on the other hand had trouble, is civilization so frightening or someone is playing mind games with her, or she just did not like the weather?



Seeing this on their hacked satellite screen, the runts expressed their eagerness to manufacture laser ammo. Eve Jobs agreed and promised that it would be reality one day.

This did not make for an interesting pogrom. A few guild securities were caught in the streets, then two cyberdisks were shot with rockets.



One last disk caused trouble but finally went two under heavy laser shots. It would have been better if one of the heavy weapon gals did not die under its fire but so are the sacrifices of the pirate life.



A swabbie thought that she would earn Eve Jobs favors by bringing back a captive and tried shocking a security guy. That did not work out for her and got caught by crossfire.

The dog was very useful to search the building while his owner was on overwatch. This helped clear empty buildings without delay. Should they spot an enemy, it would run back and bark at the gals to come. Thankfully the noise of the panicked mutants did not alert the targets who could then be shot with impunity.



The pogromers radio was filled by screams and orders of retreat, this worked wonderfully on their psyche. After the loss of the third cyberdisk, their fate was sealed.





This terrific month was good for business for sure between the stopped pogrom and the political progress, the legends of Eve Jobs-sama villainy kept spreading.

Two updates for the price of one !

1 Jun 2601

The brainers gave the catgirl weapons a try. It’s nice against unarmored targets and its effectiveness depends of the bravery of the user. It’s of little use in many situations but one should be kept in the Bonaventura to give a weak swabbie some exercise.



3 Jun 2601

To get a better understanding of what can fly and what cannot the brainers and a few runts have been studying ship engines and how they worked. There is no immediate advantage of knowing this but this may help in the future.



5 Jun 2601

Eve Jobs sama appreciate the fast pace her 6 researchers are working. By comparing black market prices with the available medikit, they made plan about how to produce their own… and perhaps make money with this.



8 Jun 2601

Eve Jobs and her right arms spent a day with the captive smugglers. These guys were getting used to their cells and the frequent visits of the mutant girls so getting information from him was not hard. There was nothing to learn on his business beyond what the catgirl already told but the man was a gun nut and talked lengths about machine guns. Decision was made to have them all give weaponsmithing lesson before releasing them, learning about guns without breaking them was a valuable move.





12 Jun 2601

What a surprise, the large radar dish worked and detected a landing site nearby.

Landing #6



And it was a new enemy. Humanoids wearing strange suits, with ridiculous round glass head things.



No idea who or what they were, besides a dog chew toy.



The gals progressed towards the small ship at a low pace because of the difficult terrain and the enemy proved to be heavily armed, using autocanons and other high caliber weaponry but their poor sight in the dark kept the pirates mostly safe.

Mostly, because Amperzand took a cannon shell in the chest. Bboth her armor and natural assets cushioned the shock but it still left her winded and probably with broken ribs. So Darkening Kaos sent her back to the Bonaventura.

At the same time, the gals could hear the noise of broken glass from the ship’s hull.

One of the man… thing… threw a frag grenade at the troupe, causing a lot of wounds but thankfully no death. Bushmeat was hit the most as she fell unconscious and bleeding.



Angel, with the help of a couple of swabbies, stabilized her but the unconscious speargal remained vulnerable in the front. That is the time that the dog showed true loyalty.



Dragging her by the neck of her armor and using all its strength, it dragged Bushmeat through a long distance before stumbling from exhaustion. She did not regain consciousness but at least she got evacuated to a safer spot.

Angel and Fatima-ann breached inside the ship and began searching it. Barely missing the sight of looked like a floating meatball escaping from the roof. It seemed that this ship was tasked to deliver this specimen for some strange purposes.



It dropped and expelled a jet of plasma at a swabbie, frying her on the spot. The other gals were vigilant and took it down. Angel could confirm afterward that the ship was clear, the pilots and all the operators were killed outside.



That is too bad that no prisoners were taken as it would have been interesting to tear their story out of them, but they kept shooting their heavy cannons everywhere so it was their own fault. The purpose of this ship and the whereabouts of these strange men things will remain obscure for now.



Leaving Amperzand immobile in the Bonaventura was wise, as it turned out that she have several broken ribs and nearly lost a lung. She will stay in bed for a long time. Bushmeat on the other hand is in coma, but the slaves employed as nurses in the sick bay believe she'll wake up quickly and her skull will heal in a month. It was a good idea to dominate the Academicians, their knowledge of mutant body make them useful.

Awww, love the dog!

And I don't like the church that much, but at least their armour is not as tough.
